Right of Return

You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, without giving a reason (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act).

How to Make a Return?

  1. Contact us by email: mavone13@gmail.com
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
  3. Send the product to the address we will provide in response
  4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods

Complaints

In case of a faulty product, please contact us by email. We will process your complaint within 14 business days.

Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer (unless the product is faulty)
