Returns & refunds

Digital files

Everything sold here is a digital file delivered immediately after payment. Under Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered with the buyer's consent before that period ends. By completing the order you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of that right.

If something is wrong with the files

A broken, incomplete or wrong file is not a return — it is a fault, and we fix it. Email mavone13@gmail.com with your order number and what went wrong. We respond within 14 days; if the file cannot be delivered, you get your money back.
